In Ukraine AgroHelix engineers design and manufacture screw conveyors to increase efficiency, reduce costs and lack of transportation of bulk materials. Conveyors are delivered in the basic popular configuration. We can change the configuration at the customer’s request or manufacture a machine as per customer requirements.

Belt conveyors
We manufacture belt conveyors using conventional oilproof herringbone belt with changeable and non-changeable lifting angle up to 30 degrees. The conveyor of basic design consists of power sections, tension drive drum, supporting guides, tension pulleys, and rubber belt. The device is driven by an electric motor.

Belt conveyors
Fast greasing of parts
Provisioning of removable bearing assemblies with oilers for all mechanisms – so there is no need to disassemble the equipment for scheduled maintenance. Parts are greased quickly and smoothly, which reduces the cost of person-hours.
Open or closed type
Provisioning of covers for conveyors or manufacturing closed-type equipment, which is relevant when conveying units are located outside. Covers are mechanically attached for convenience.

We sell standard conveyor modifications of such features:
- Forward/reverse movement
- One or more gates for product loading/unloading
- Polyethylene scraper of 6 mm in thickness
- Motor capacity of 1,1–20 kW
- Latches for an intermediate emptying out: manual, automatic
- According to the customer's drawing, we can manufacture equipment as per individual requirements
Load transportation
Is carried out along the chute by means of a chain transmission. Scrapers are fixed on chains, and the electric motor drive sets them in motion: the blades, plunging into the layer of bulk material, grabbing the load, move it to the unloading window.
Standard length
ranges from 4 to 50 m (maximum length is 50 m) with a capacity of 10 to 200 tons per hour. However, at the request of the customer, the equipment can be manufactured as per individual order for non-standard length with the installation of more powerful motors and usage of galvanized metal.
